1: CITRIC REFRESHER

     SERVING SIZE: 2

    INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup carrot juice
    • ½ cup orange juice
    • ½ cup Indian gooseberry juice (locally known as amla)
    • ½ cup apple syrup
    • 1/2 cup organic vanilla fat-free yogurt/essence
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 
    • ½ tsp grated peeled fresh ginger 
    • 1 frozen sliced ripe banana

    PREPARATION PROCEDURE

    1. Wash all the products before using it.
    2. Place all ingredients in a blender after peeling it properly.
    3. Process for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
    4. Without performing any filtration process. Serve immediately.
    2: FRESH TURMERIC KESAR MILK

      SERVING SIZE: 2

      INGREDIENTS

      • 2 cups milk 
      • ½ tbsp freshly grated turmeric
      • ¼ tbsp freshly grated ginger
      • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon 
      • A pinch of kesar 
      • 1 tbsp honey 
      • 1/8 tsp or more freshly ground black pepper

      PREPARATION PROCEDURE

      1. Combine the milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey and black pepper in a blender. 
      2. Pure it until combined. (This step is a MUST if you are using fresh dairy milk directly from the farm lands. Otherwise, your tea will turn into a custard)
      3. In a small saucepan, heat the mixture over low heat for 5 minutes, whisking frequently to prevent the milk from burning. 
      4. Pour into a mug, sprinkle kesar and with more cinnamon if desired and enjoy!!
      3: Fruit and Dry Fruit Smoothie

         SERVING SIZE: 3 – 5 

        INGREDIENTS

        • ½ bowl mango
        • ½ bowl papaya
        • ½ bowl orange 
        • ½ bowl grapes
        • ½ cup Indian gooseberry juice (locally known as amla)
        • ½ apple 
        • 1/2 cup organic vanilla fat-free yogurt/essence
        • 1 frozen sliced ripe banana
        • ½ bowl pomegranate
        • 2 spoons of chia seeds
        • 1 spoons of flax seeds
        • 7-8 pcs of almonds
        • 7-8 pcs of walnut (akhrot)
        • 2-5 pcs of kishmish
        • 2-3 pcs of elaichi

         PREPARATION PROCEDURE

        1. Wash all the products before using it.
        2. Place all ingredients in a blender after peeling it properly.
        3. Process for about 2-5 minutes or until smooth.
        4. Without performing any filtration process. Serve immediately.

        4: Egg, Zucchini, Beans, Babycorn, Brocolli and Tomato

         

        INGREDIENTS

        • Boil 3 eggs and peel off the outer covering of the egg along with the yellow part placed inside.
        • 1 small bowl of  fresh and washed zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
        • Cooking spray to be used on all the products before taking into the process.
        • 1 small bowl of tossed panner in basil sauce with grilled tomatoes peeled & seeded and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
        • ½ broccoli tossed in white sauce made of milk and maida
        • extra-virgin olive oil (1 1/2 tablespoons)
        • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
        • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
        • ¼ teaspoon of onion powder, oregano and chilli flakes.
        • 4 brown bread toasted with butter
        • 1 small bowl of grated cheese
        • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
        • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
        • 1 1/2 bowl of chopped fresh beans and babycorn
        • 2 garlic cloves, minced
        • 1/4 cup fat-free milk

        Preparation procedure

        • Step 1

        Preheat oven to 400°.

        • Step 2

        Arrange the boiled 3 eggs, 1 small bowl of  fresh & washed zucchini cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices, 1 small bowl of tossed panner in basil sauce with grilled tomatoes peeled & seeded and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices and ½ broccoli tossed in white sauce made of milk and maida in extra-virgin olive oil (1 1/2 tablespoons) in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Lightly coat vegetables with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 15 - 20 minutes. Drizzle 2 1/4 teaspoons oil evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle vegetables evenly with 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and ¼ teaspoon of onion powder, oregano and chilli flakes.

        • Step 3

        Place 4 bread in a food processor; process until coarse crumbs measure 2 cups. Add cheese and next 5 ingredients (through garlic) to processor; process until combined. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups breadcrumb mixture evenly over the tomato. Repeat layers with remaining egg, zucchini, tomatoes, oil, salt, pepper, and breadcrumb mixture. Pour broth over top. Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender and topping is browned.
