Moong Sabut or Green Gram Whole is one of the healthiest pulses out there, while being light on the stomach. We source ours from Nandi, West Bengal, where it's grown and harvested with tons of natural goodness (and nothing else!). This pulse is loaded with essential minerals, Vitamin B, Potassium, Protein, Folate and Iron. It has the maximum amount of Fiber in comparison to its other Moong-brothers as the skin is still intact. The flavour has a slight tinge as that of green leafy veggies. Moong Sabut can be made into delicious dals, fresh sprouts, added to soups and you can even make chilas with them!
