License & Access

You hereby agree and undertake not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right, harms minors in any way, infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or any other intellectual property. Misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature, contains system loaded viruses or any other computer/ IT codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource. Any unauthorized use shall automatically terminate the permission or sub-license granted by the Company.
Account & Registration Obligations
All users must register and log in for placing orders. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for all communications related to your purchases from the website. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, the user agrees to receive promotional or transactional communication and newsletters from the Company and its partners. The user can opt out from such communication and/or newsletters either by or by contacting the customer services team of website and placing a request for the same. Pricing
The Company aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by third-party sellers. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability. Subject to the foregoing, the price mentioned at the time of ordering a product shall be the price charged at the time of delivery, provided that no product offered for sale on the website will be sold at a price higher than its MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer cannot cancel your order once placed with the company as per the policy of non-refundable groceries, instead you can place an alternate order or correction/modification by calling our customer service or dropping an email at freshandorganicdelivery@gmail.com. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Return & Refunds
We have a "return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product else the groceries will not be refunded. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account created on the website. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
Confirmation Agreement

  • When a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.

  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true, it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debard you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

  • You are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site

  • That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects & before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
